WNBA Viewership Up 31 Percent

In 2018, the WNBA viewership on ESPN2 and NBA TV rose 31 percent. Because of the increase, CBS Sports agreed to broadcast 40 games each season, beginning in May. Games now featured in prime time and weekends should increase the league's TV exposure twofold.
