How are Pro Athletes Training?


With pro athletes from different sports used to training at indoor facilities, the coronavirus has led NFL, NBA, MLB, and WNBA stars to think differently about how they do workouts. Much like you in PE class, they do jumping jacks, squats, sit-ups, and push-ups, but most likely in the basement of their home or outside.
